Laugh is definition of healthy...

Laughter really is the best medicine.  Having a good laugh can help lower blood pressure. reduce tension, and help improve your mood and well-being.  Ten to fifteen minutes of laughter can also burn 50 calories.
How about that?  I love to laugh. It releases so much stress for me. And I feel good afterwards. So go ahead, laugh more by going to comedy clubs, watch funny movies or sitcoms or even watching Jay Leno on late night television.
